お店にむかーしから来てくれている常連さんがいて

We have a very very regular customer.

いつも守り神のようにほぼ毎日きてくれるんだけども。

He visits us almost everyday.

ある時店に子供用のスーツケースの忘れ物があったの。

And one time, someone forgot to a little suit case for kids.

店の子たちと相談して、お店でしばらくキープしておこうか。って話をしていたら、

We decide to keep it a while at our store then 

その常連さんが

He told us

爆弾とか、危ないものが入ってるかもしれないから中身全部見たほうがいいよ。

"You guys better to check what's inside first cuz we don't know what dengerous things inside."

って一言。

Oh Wow.

いやぁ。考えすぎだろ！ってその時は思ったんだけど…。

At that time, I felt that's too much...but I'm notice recently

後からよくよく考えたらここは日本じゃなかったわ。

He is right and here is in the US.

アメリカだからNYだから。

Here is NY here is city.

そう言う考えも頭にいれておかないといけないんだ。

That's why I understand I need to make sure always about it.

Forgive me our regular!

一瞬でもなんでそこまで考える？とびっくりしてひいてしまった自分がいたが。

Even I felt bit the thinking was too much but...

自分の甘さの方に今はどんびきしている。

Actually I need to be more carefully about it from now on.

ちなみにそのスーツケースの中身は特に問題はなかった！

But luckily it didn't carry any scary items!

(Cuz finally I opened and checked everything inside!)

やっぱりやっぱり日本と違う。

Always I notice here is different from my country.

色んな人種、考え方の人と混じり合って生活していたら

Here is melting pot and a lot of ethnicitys'

people live together and each culture is different.

色んな考え方の基準がうまれたり

That's why I meet so many different thinking.

それだけ色んな考えで無差別に悪いことする人もいるわけだから

Of course some people try to do bad things.

気をつけて正解だよね。

So we need to make sure about it all the time.

I met him in museum of national history station by the way.

He was on the floor and he has other friends too!

So so cute and I loved to see them :)
