Tipsそれは接客の通信簿。

Tips is one of the scale to figure out myself's customer service score.

NYCの人ってあんまりチップをくれないと思っていた。

I used t believed wrong way about NY peoples' thinking about tips.

違いました。

No I was wrong.

私の接客が悪かったのだと最近気づいた。

I forgot what is customer survice that is basic basic beginner things.

持ち帰りのオーダーに残すチップは$1が相場な気がする。

To go style's any cafe or restaurants' tips avarage is around $1.

もちろんいくらでもいい。

Of course it doesn't matter how much for leave them.

3セントでもいい。

3 cents is still works too.

でも$1を貰えたら、ああまともな接客ができたなぁという目安になる。

But if I get $1, it's good cuz customers are felt confortable for my attitude.

うちの店のスタイルなら、$5とか$10がでたら本当に最高な接客したよ！って褒めてもらっている気持ちになる。

If I get $5 or $10, that means I did great job.

この間NYに来てはじめて$8を貰ってすごく励みになった。

Few days ago, I got my first good tips since I moved in NY.

自分ようやく成長したなぁと改めて思った。

I felt so happy cuz I'm improved little bit.

多分NYにうつってから、周りに慣れることに必死でお客様を大切にする気持ちを忘れていたんだと思った。

Probably I was just focused on trying to get used my new environment.

That's why I was missed very very important part that my customer servise.

そこがメインの仕事なのにね。

The point is most important point to

handle my job but...

ばかな自分。

I'm so silly.

でも気づけたからまだマシ。

But I figured out the point so I know I'm still silly

but bit better than use.

忘れないようにする。

I must remember it.

痛い思いもしたしな…。

I had a bad experience too that it hurts me a lot.

今は常連さんの顔も覚えて、ちょっとした会話もできるようになってきた。

But now I remember regular customers, I'm enjoying a conversation with them.

悪い接客一杯したのに、それでも来続けてくれる方に感謝したい今日この頃。

I did not good customer survice but thank you for keeping touch with here.

I'm really appreciated all of my regular customers.

この数日は仕事終わりの炭酸にはまっている。
